Dwight StrayerChief Operating Officer
COO Dwight Strayer joined Service Express as one of its first field engineers in 1988, back when Service Express was still an offshoot of Great Lakes Computer. He became IT director in 1999 and initiated many of the automations used in our service and support processes. In 2000, Dwight was named Vice President of Service and then Chief Operating Officer in 2012. He has developed many of the leaders within the IT, service delivery and support teams, which he oversees.
Dwight currently serves as a Board Member of the SIA (Service Industry Association).
When he isn’t in the office, Dwight enjoys being on the water: sailing, wakeboarding, or just spending time with family.
