CRO Mark Thomas joined Service Express in 1997 as an account executive, opening the company’s South Bend office. He moved on to roles as a Regional Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales before becoming the Chief Revenue Officer in 2016.

In his capacity as CRO, Mark sets the strategic direction of the sales team, develops and leads the Regional Sales Managers, and has helped the sales team achieved double-digit annual revenue growth year over year. He is also involved in the development of major accounts and partnerships.

Mark’s happy place is Miami, and he tries to spend at least half his winter there—away from the frigid Michigan temperatures!
