Jake began at Service Express in 2000 as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk. In his early years, he built his team from 1 to 30 by working smartly and ensuring the company’s operations surpasses its competition. During his time with Service Express, Jake has been involved with all seven of the company’s acquisitions.
Today, Jake oversees the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by working on integrations and the technology roadmap. He enjoys teaching others in the IT industry about the business and how to create value.
